Social Media Executive

The Opportunity:

Leapfrogger is on the hunt for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media Executive to join our Studio team. This is a hands-on role where you'll help bring brand strategies to life through social-first content that connects, converts, and builds community. You'll work across a diverse mix of clients and industries, helping to shape content that performs — not just looks good. From planning and publishing to community engagement and campaign execution, you'll be a key player in delivering results-driven social media experiences.

You're digitally savvy with a passion for social media, storytelling, and culture. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love collaborating with creatives, strategists, and clients. You're organised, proactive, and confident in your communication — whether you're briefing a creator, responding to a DM, or presenting a content calendar. You're always on the lookout for trends and love finding ways to help brands show up in timely, relevant ways. You're not afraid to take initiative and own your projects from start to finish.

· Plan, create, and schedule engaging social content across multiple platforms and clients

· Lead the day-to-day execution of social media content calendars

· Collaborate on campaign ideation and contribute creative thinking to content planning

· Manage social competitions and localised content from concept to reporting

· Handle community engagement — respond to comments, manage DMs, and identify proactive brand opportunities

· Communicate directly with clients for content approvals and community management updates

· Assist with UGC creator discovery, briefing, and partnership coordination

· Monitor social trends and identify ways brands can tap into cultural moments

· Work closely with designers, strategists, and editors to bring content to life

· Track content performance and contribute insights for internal and client reporting

· 1–2 years of experience in a social media or content-focused role (agency or in-house)

· A passion for digital culture and social-first creativity

· Organised and detail-oriented with strong time management skills

· Confident communicator and team collaborator

· Proactive problem solver who takes initiative

· Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Sprout Social, Later, or similar

· Bonus: experience with influencer/UGC collaborations or community building
