**The opportunity**:
ACM are on the hunt for an experienced Media Sales Consultant to join the team of The Newcastle Herald. The sales teams drive ACM’s local growth strategy for digital and print media by excelling in account management and customer service. Treat your portfolio as your own with a mix of existing customers and new business opportunities.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Managing a customer portfolio, providing clients with progress updates for their campaigns and recommendations for improvement
- Achieve and go beyond the sales revenue targets within the region
- Build new business relationships by attending sales calls both in person and virtually
- Provide in-depth customer service across all touch points to new and existing customers

**About you**:
As well as displaying a passion for sales and exceptional communication skills, to be successful in this role, you will have:

- Strong digital marketing knowledge across SEM, SEO, social and display advertising
- Experience in B2B sales roles, liaising with both SME’s and large organisations
- A natural, strong ability to build rapport at all levels
