**Our Team**

The Enterprise Delivery and Support Services team within Technology & Operations and are responsible for operationalising strategy; technology architectural direction, prioritisation and funding; mobilisation and monitoring of project health; embedding and sustaining change; and improving delivery capabilities across the business.

**Your Opportunity - 6 Month contract role - WHF**

As a Change Manager you will manage project and program specific change management activities across our business, working in partnership with the project managers and related business owners. Through your role you will ensure the identified benefits are fully realised and changes to People, Processes & Technology are fully adopted, embedded and sustained across the business.

**Your Impact**

Working closely with Business and Technology teams you will be working in a hands-on strategic and operational role that may work across multiple projects, stakeholders and divisions. You will be accountable for ensuring the project/program change agenda is sustainable, including capacity, timing, resourcing, integrated messaging and impacts on stakeholders. You will support the project and leadership team by coaching and guiding them on how change will be delivered, influencing and driving results at all levels by quickly establishing credibility and building strong working relationships with senior leaders across the enterprise portfolio.

**About You**

You are experienced in project delivery with honed change management skills and a working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Prince2 or PMBOK. A natural communicator, you have the ability to engage and influence across all levels of an organisation including working closely with the executive.

Your ability to hit the ground running, be independent, accountable, influence and collaborate will be essential to your success in this role.
