**Location**: Hybrid - Office (Sydney) & Remote
**Hours**: 32hrs/4-day week (work for 4 days, get paid for 5)

**Jon Snapshot**:
With our head office in the UK, Wonde has more recently opened offices in Sydney and Manila to service the Asia Pacific region and is currently expanding our team of talented individuals to join us on our growth journey.
As Customer Engagement Specialist you will be part of the team that is the ‘go-to’ for engaging with the schools. You will be hands-on across a variety of projects, with a huge opportunity for career progression and play a critical role within the team on a daily basis.
What you'll be doing:
- Build and strengthen relationships by providing top class customer service with a professional and credible approach
- Be the key point of contact across the installation process, liaising with the tech support and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Be capable of maintaining 70+ calls daily to ensure KPIs are being met
- Proactively and efficiently onboarding schools and apps
- Advise schools and apps on best practices to support their success with Wonde
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues within Wonde to support wider business objectives in areas of expertise
- Collaborate with wider teams to support the success of customer experience and delivery
- Maintain security and procedures set out by the company
**Requirements**:
**What we're hoping you'll bring**:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a phone-based telesales or marketing role
- Self motivation and the ability to show initiative and a proactive approach is critical to succeed in this role
- A strong work ethic that demonstrates dedication to the company, its mission, personal pride, and the team
- A desire to work in a culture of excellence
- Enthusiasm and the ability to quickly build rapport when engaging with schools
- Strong aptitude and passion to find a resolution to support enquiries
- Dedicated team player interested in growing as an individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to accelerate relationships and ensure efficient administration
