Join our Holiday Inn team as a Reservations Agent and you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting with booking enquiries and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand promise of _Making Our Guests Smile_. You will collaborate closely with other departments to guarantee that every reservation is accurate and ready for a seamless check-in experience.

**Your day to day**:

- Accurately process reservations, amendments, payments and cancellations
- Identify opportunities for sales to maximise hotel occupancy
- Regularly obtain and evaluate guest feedback. Handling any concerns in a timely manner and inline with hotel standards
- Be confident and knowledgeable in all special promotion procedures and IHG One Rewards loyalty program
- Maintaining accurate records of booking correspondence and load rooming lists

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in Hotel Front Office operations or Hotel Reservations is preferred
- Energy and personality that reflects our brand of Making Our Guests Smile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to respond professionally to guests in writing
- Time management skills to work autonomously at times and manage own workload
