**The role**

In this role you will provide support to the Group Compliance team across a range of key activities spanning data analytics, systems administration / configuration and reporting.

**Your impact**

Reporting to the Head of Compliance, you will to work collaboratively across the enterprise to help identify, organise and drive workflows that deliver efficient and effective compliance initiatives that enables Medibank to proactively manage its risk, controls and compliance obligations. You will impact in this role by:

- providing Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) system administration support and configuration;
- supporting the use of GRC across the Three Lines of Defence;
- developing and/or enhancing process design and workflows;
- performing trend analysis and identifying key themes;
- establishing regular risk and compliance reporting for key stakeholders; and
- preparation of management reporting for senior committees and forums.

You will also work closely with external vendors (e.g. Protecht and Lexis Nexis) to support the management of the technical and functional operation of the GRC system.

**About you**
- exceptional MS Excel capability;
- experience eliciting requirements and information from all levels of staff, including senior stakeholders, technical and business SMEs;
- experience in data modelling and data structures;
- experience in previous risk or compliance roles and/or IT related certifications will be highly regarded; and
- experience with InetSoft or other data visualisation tools would be advantageous.
