**About Us**:
Join this large legal firm with a focus on construction law. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to contribute to the expansion of our thriving practice.

We are looking for a talented Construction Lawyer to join our growing team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in handling a variety of construction-related legal matters. This position is ideal for a lawyer who is passionate about construction law, eager to take on diverse challenges, and contribute to the success of our expanding practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert legal advice on construction law matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and agreements
- Handle dispute resolution and litigation related to construction projects
- Stay updated on legal developments in the construction industry
- Collaborate with clients to understand their construction-related legal needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in construction law
- Admitted to practice in Queensland with experience practicing in the region.
- Strong understanding of construction legal issues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
