**The Firm & The Role**

Our client is a well regarded Brisbane law firm and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced construction litigation lawyer.

The firm and their client base is stellar and they act for a broad range of clients across various construction and infrastructure projects, Australia wide. The role will see you working on major construction litigation disputes and arbitration matters.

This role would suit a construction litigation lawyer who wants to take the next important step in their career or the experienced commercial disputes lawyer who wants to pivot into a construction litigator.

**About You**
- Have at least 2 years PAE in the area of construction litigation or strata litigation or commercial litigation
- Have strong litigation, advising and negotiation skills
- Be able to foster strong client relationships
- Have the ability to think outside the square
- Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
