The Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with partners to deliver strategic advice on high-profile matters. Your key duties will include:

  • Managing large-scale project disputes and high-value litigation.
  • Handling arbitrations, expert determinations, and Security of Payment claims (including adjudications).
  • Advising on contract risk management for major projects.
  • Managing the day-to-day conduct of matters, with mentoring available
  • Act for a diverse client base, including project owners, contractors, and engineering firms.

Who We're Looking For

  • A Construction Lawyer with 3+ years of PAE
  • You will ideally come from a construction specialist, top-tier, or respected mid-tier firm.
  • A professional with a proven track record in construction or project matters.
