**The team**
Our Construction and Infrastructure team is currently engaged on major projects throughout Australia, across an array of sectors including resources and renewables (wind and solar), water and waste, transport (roads, bridges, rail, tunnels) and social infrastructure (health and education). Our technical expertise is also sought on regulatory issues that impact our clients’ projects.
We advise our clients on significant matters, structured in appropriately sized Partner-led teams, ensuring that each member of our team plays a key role and is given genuine opportunities for professional growth, client engagement and thought leadership.
**The role**
We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our construction dispute resolution team. We operate in all aspects of contentious construction, including litigation, domestic and international arbitrations, contractual dispute resolution processes and Security of Payment adjudications, as well as providing strategic project delivery advice to clients. As part of a national team, you will work directly with our clients and the Partners across Brisbane and Sydney.
