**360 Personnel** is currently seeking an experienced **Construction Supervisor.**

**What we will be looking for**:
**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Construction Supervisor
- Computer literacy
- Professional and personal presentation
- Have a great understanding and knowledge of the Australian Building Codes
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction - desirable
- Must have a trade qualification
- Knowledge of all kinds of tools
- Safety-first mindset
- Attention to detail

**Main responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Ensure all WHS sites are maintained through audits and risk assessments
- Build strong customer relationships - providing the best customer experience possible
- Managing multiple work sites and actively update on our internal database
- Proactively schedule and forecast work activities in advance
- Update and report weekly to your construction manager on your site activity
- Conducting routine site inspections ensuring the highest quality and standards are maintained
