- Overall control and management of real estate operations
- Establish and optimize the operational processes and procedures
- With the goal of improving sales performance,docking operations function with sales team, after-sales services, marketing and other correlating functions
- Design and implement KPl and supervise team performance,
- Optimize internal team management and improve team efficiency
- Assist to expend the business, drive the progress of each project
- Coordinate the connection between the real estate sales company and other business lines within the group, promote cross-business sales performance
- Perform timely reporting to the senior management

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience in operation manager role or a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills and strong people management skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
- Australian PR or citizen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
