**Tech Lead** this B2B prop tech company is looking for.

This is the perfect next step for a Senior Engineer with experience of leading projects/products, wanting to progress in his or her career.

**Role up Role up**

**It’s a pretty exciting undertaking as you’ll be making all the decisions around which tech is used to take this well-established product and elevate it to a new level.**

You’ll need to be full stack across React,.Net and Azure, and be strong on both the front end and back end. Be prepared for a lot of API development as you help to develop the product roadmap. The product itself carries 27% market share.

We’re talking around 60% hands on, 40% people management and leadership.

You’ll report directly into the CTO, and continuing the ‘family tree’ in the opposite direction, you’ll have six direct reports across a team of Engineers and QAs, for whom you’ll provide coaching and mentoring.
