We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Design Services Manager** to join our dynamic organisation. In this role, you will lead our Design Services Team to deliver value-added engineering design solutions, establish the Reid brand as a market leader, and facilitate customer retention and market growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer and market intimacy, ensure quality and compliance, and develop strategies for growth and simplification.

- Drive and maintain strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders
- Continuously improve our services, innovation, and customer satisfaction
- Deliver a “Best in Class” Design Services Offer that differentiates us from competitors
- Identify and implement value-adding initiatives to better support our customers
- ** Quality and Compliance**
- Ensure all work and advice comply with performance criteria, standards, and industry practises
- Adhere to internal guidelines and legislative requirements, including QA review and sign-off
- Maintain transparent measures to achieve >95% DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time)
- ** Strategy and Growth**
- Develop and execute the Design Services plan, including a 3-year vision
- Implement plans effectively to increase team capacity in alignment with the Precast Growth Strategy
- ** Simplification and Risk Mitigation**
- Review and manage the update of design tools and processes for enhanced efficiency and risk mitigation
- Aim for simplification, robustness, automation, traceability, and adherence to industry standards
- ** Safety Leadership**
- Visibly lead and drive safety plans within the organisation
- Champion the Golden Safety Rules to ensure a safe working environment
- ** Talent Management**
- Manage the performance and development of individual team members
- Holistically build the quality, depth, and diversity of the Design Services Team

**About You;**
- Chartered Professional Engineer (EA and/or ENZ approved)
- Qualified Civil or Structural Engineer
