This exciting, innovative and fast growing media/tech business has been successful since start-up a few years ago, and has huge potential still to realise.

This data-led business is profitable and cashflow positive, and has recently raised funds for additional growth and expansion. It on a fast growth track in Australia and internationally, and this is an outstanding newly-created opportunity for an experienced CFO.

**Strategy and commercial**:

- As a member of the SLT the CFO will make meaningful contributions to decision making, business strategy and operations. You will work closely with the CEO, COO and other executives, and ideally you will have a good understanding of the drivers of a high growth media or related business, and have a strong commercial track record of supporting strategy and business cases.
- Your strategic and commercial input will include supporting business decisions in the “here and now”, and also in the context of the longer term strategy.
- You will support capital, financing & listing activities and have a track record in these activities. There are plans to IPO at a future point, so experience with an ASX or NASDAQ listed business is a plus.
- You will also support sales through advice on pricing strategy, analysis, contracts, revenue, and customer data and insights.
- Given the size of the business, this will be a hands-on role. The day-to-day accounting is outsourced but at times a hands-on approach is required, so you must have an eye for detail and a complete grasp of the numbers of the business, business cases, reporting and financial metrics.

**Leadership and stakeholder management**:

- Key relationships include supporting the CEO, COO, leadership team, board, and shareholders to grow and optimise the business.

**We are looking for**:

- An experienced CFO or someone stepping into their first CFO role.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Experience in a business with international operations.
- ASX / other market listing, or working towards IPO.
- Relevant qualifications.
