A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing and successful organisation in the next phase of their expansion. This organisation is a well establish and well funded SME business with exciting future potential and committed and reputable investors.

In the CFO position, working at a fast pace you will be required to operate in a nimble and agile way, and take a lead in the following key areas of responsibility:

- Capital raising and strategic cash-flow planning
- Oversee smooth running of the finance & accounting function
- Provide commercial support to the business around monthly performance, commercial business cases and process improvements
- Identify key business drivers and pursue improvements in margins and profitability
- Communicate with and manage a number of high profile stakeholders including investors, banks, board directors and the executive leadership team

The business operates nationally and the finance team is based in Sydney. They take a flexible approach to WFH and are an outcome focused organisation.
