You will be a key part of a rapid expansion as a Financial Accountant. The business is a market leader in the medical technology space, with a strong focus on innovation, customer partnerships and long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll be trusted to manage day-to-day finance operations while supporting the CFO in driving strategic growth. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the finance function delivers accurate, timely and actionable insights to the wider business.

- Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

- Lead reconciliations across GL, AP, AR, and inventory accounts.

- Own compliance reporting including BAS, IAS, and audit documentation.

- Deliver variance analysis and commentary to support leadership decision-making.

- Manage AP and AR cycles, ensuring supplier relationships and cash flow remain strong.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.

- Drive process improvements and system optimisation across finance workflows.

- Collaborate with department managers to provide commercial support and ensure financial accountability across the business.

What we’re looking for:

This is a hands-on, dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting involved across all aspects of finance.

- Proven experience in accounting, with exposure to both reporting and compliance.

- Strong Excel and systems skills, with a track record of improving processes.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

- A confident communicator who can work directly with non-finance stakeholders.

- Commercially minded, proactive and able to solve problems under pressure.

- Someone who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
