Due to movement within the company, we have a vacancy for a superstar Customer Service Administrator. In your next position, you will be joining a household brand who has been around for 97 years. **About the Role**:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries
- Managing suppliers and provide solutions to customers’ needs
- Generate & issue invoices manually or electronically including taking payment over the phone or in person
- Manage group in-box
- Processing contractor jobs and invoices
- Supporting Payroll
- Support our Glazing Division Teams including Schedulers, Estimators and Sales team members
- KPI targets to achieve
- Any other administrative tasks
**About you**:
- Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks throughout the day
- Experience using Simpro or similar planning database is preferred but not essential
- High level Microsoft office skills
- Pleasant friendly phone manner
