Our client, a mid-tier accounting and advisory services firm, who have been in business for over 125 years, are wanting to add a motivated and professional Tax Team Assistant to their friendly and supportive organisation of over 100 directors and 950 professional staff across 9 offices.

Your exceptional organisational skills will be used to assist with multiple tasks, ensuring the day-to-day administration operations run smoothly. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Administrative assistance to the Business Advisory team
- Collaborating with staff and clients
- Preparation of reports and tenders
- Collating of client documents
- ASIC and ATO document management
- Lodgment of ITR/BAS/IAS/FBT returns with ATO
- ASIC corporate secretarial compliance
- Backup support to the administration team when required

- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Analytical skills with high attention to detail
