Due to expanding growth & development, a global opportunity has arisen for a
**Global Payroll Specialist with KRONOS and Time & Management experience** to support payroll & TLM systems and processes within the global payroll team ensuring systems meet business needs globally.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, key responsibilities include the following:

- Support the payroll & TLM systems and processes within the global payroll team ensuring systems meet business needs.
- Act as single point of contact for TLM across the global payroll team.
- Work with regional teams to identify process gaps, redundancies & enhancements within the payroll processes.
- Establish best practice processes for processing TLM & provide SME input to payroll projects.
- Ensure all changes are tested, process maps & documentation are updated within Kronos.

**About You**
- Tertiary Qualifications.
- Sound experience in Kronos Workforce Central.
- Specific experience in Time & Labour Management Systems & processes.
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements.in HR/Accounting degree or Diploma in payroll.
- Exposure to global TLM systems & processes with specific experience in testing of TLM systems.
- Well developed communication & interpersonal skills.
