**Your role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join our Lincoln Sentry team. In this critical role, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts across NSW and WA, working closely with our customers and internal sales teams to deliver strong financial outcomes. You’ll be responsible for collections, account reconciliations, credit assessments, and ensuring timely payments—all while building strong, respectful relationships with our valued customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities, and enjoys a mix of customer engagement and problem-solving. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a ledger of Lincoln Sentry accounts, ensuring timely collections and mínimal overdue debt
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and facilitate account reconciliations
- Support and partner with sales teams to align commercial opportunities with credit risk management
- Review and action customer orders on credit hold, balancing risk while supporting sales growth
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve financial and customer service targets

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a commercial credit or collections role, ideally within a B2B environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above)
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP financial systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle challenging conversations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
