Are you an experienced Content Creative - Photographer/Videographer who is passionate about ideation, shooting and editing images and vision.

Take Two Marketing & Events, is looking for a full-time Content Creative - Photographer/Videographer to join our expanding team. We are the proud owners of several fast-growing Australian homewares brands. We design, manufacture and import innovative household products and through our boutique content creation company and Ecommerce stores we take these products to market.

**About the role**

Working alongside a team of creatives you will be responsible for ideation, shooting and editing photos and video content for TVCs, our online stores, social media platforms, and various packaging and promotional material. This position is responsible for creating and managing all aspects of photography and videography to a high and professional standard. Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop as well as ability to use Canon DSLR equipment is essential for this role.

**The Role**
- Shooting stills - transparents/cut outs and lifestyle images
- Post processing and retouching images and resizing for web using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
- Lighting and set dressing for all studio and on location shoots
- Filming high quality vision for TVCs and socials.
- Creating and acquiring reference files / shoot brief
- Inspiration, ideation, direction and feedback for content creation
- File organization and server management including Lightroom catalogue
- Organising and maintaining production equipment
- Packing production equipment for on location shoots
- Implementing equipment updates

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Experienced in both stills and motion photography ideally
- Demonstrated creative filming experience with a minimum 2 years paid experience
- In-depth understanding of how to shoot for different channels, different customers and different objectives
- Flexible and adaptable, to adjust visual direction to meet all briefs
- Understanding of photography setup for studio or lifestyle shoots. Flexible approach to shoot a range of outputs including in-studio flat-lay, to outdoor shoots
- Shoot production skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Software requirements - Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, Canon DSLR equipment, Black Magic Design ATEM
