**What this opportunity involves**:
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and building vibrant workplace communities? Collab Brindabella is seeking a full-time Community Manager to be the welcoming face of our premium flexible workspace at Canberra Airport Business Park.
As our Community Manager, you'll create an environment where members thrive, connections happen naturally, and our space feels like more than just a place to work. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining our high-quality facilities and fostering a strong community through engaging events and personalised experiences.
**An overview of the role**:
- Create memorable first impressions by managing front desk operations and visitor processes
- Lead customer onboarding with personalised welcome packs and orientation
- Plan and execute engaging community events that encourage networking
- Build strong relationships with members and respond proactively to their needs
- Ensure impeccable presentation of all common areas and meeting spaces
- Manage meeting room bookings, setup, and AV equipment
- Oversee mail handling and package management
- Maintain kitchen facilities and manage office supply inventory
- Serve as a Floor Warden for building emergency procedures
- Support operational functions aligned with business objectives
- Assist in managing service partners and suppliers
- Collaborate on community programming to drive engagement and revenue
- Uphold health and safety standards throughout the space
