Community Services #1 is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people and families in the ACT and surrounding NSW region. With over 200 employees and volunteers, we deliver programs that address community needs and foster a sense of belonging.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Manage the day-to-day operational and reporting requirements of the Community Services Programs.
- Supervise, support, and develop a team of coordinators and frontline staff to deliver on strategic and contractual goals.
- Maintain and monitor productive relationships with funding bodies, sector partners, and key community stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for service innovation, growth, and funding diversification.
- Implement initiatives that address emerging needs in the communities we serve.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of volunteers across the Community Services portfolio.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Hold a relevant qualification in relevant fields such as Community Services, Project Management, or similar and relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Passionate about supporting people by providing quality care.
- Sound understanding of the current regulations of the Commissioning of the Child, Youth and Family Services Programs.
- Sound understanding with service contracts, funding agreements, program budgets, and resource planning to ensure the efficient delivery of services and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Excellent team management, communication and the ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders
