Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Communications Managers to join our specialised teams within our ATO Corporate business area.

As a Communications Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives and managing digital ATO channels in support of the ATO's corporate objectives. You'll drive meaningful outcomes for both the organisation and the Australian community.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to develop and implement strategic communication initiatives.
  • Manage digital ATO channels in support of corporate objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners, senior stakeholders and third parties to plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing and communication strategies, projects, products and events.
  • Manage digital communication channels (where applicable) to reach millions of taxpayers across Australia and beyond.
  • Foster engagement, strengthen partnerships and support the delivery of clear, consistent and impactful messaging.

Qualifications


• Motivated and experienced Communications Manager ready to lead a team and deliver strategic communications;
• Ability to develop and implement communication strategies, projects, products and events;
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and building partnerships;
• Experience managing digital communication channels to support large-scale outreach.
