- **The Company**

Liquid Infusion is a 18 year old multi-award winning beverage caterer located in a brand new beverage catering facility in Bayside. We are a professionally run, results oriented outfit comprised of a passionate events team. We cater all types of events across Melbourne, Sydney and beyond and we make magic happen every day.

Sales Coordinator - We are currently looking for a full time Sales Coordinator to join one of Melbourne's leading events company. Reporting directly to the Director you will have one on one training to help assist you through this role.

**The Role**:Your role will consist of dealing with our high end clientele, contacts and venues. You will help guide the small inbound sales team and help grow this team over time. You will help implement clever marketing strategies and BDM activities to help generate increased revenue and profit for the company.
- Account management of our big spenders and clients, as well as actively seeking and developing new accounts
- Dealing with large incoming sales enquiries and working to exceed our weekly sales targets.
- Generating quotes and proposals for sales inquiries, following up until conversion.
- Working to discover new sales generating opportunities for our company
- Developing Marketing and BDM opportunities which include developing our packages and services.
- The creation and maintenance of database marketing.
- Working with our graphic design teams to create up to date copy and marketing materials.

**The Requirements**:

- You will have 1+ years or more experience in a similar based role with proven business development and proven sales ability.
- Advanced skill level with computer programs including Outlook, MS Office and capable learning Internet based booking systems.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as working under strict procedures and protocols for various tasks.
- An articulate communicator both written and over the phone
- Experience in cocktails / hospitality / events / catering an advantage.

Your ability to offer creative solutions and a strong understanding of our services and our clients' needs is essential. Tertiary qualifications in related discipline are preferred but not essential.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
