With a continuously ever growing property management portfolio, our Company is looking for a pro-active and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join and assist Head of Property Management.

**The Role**

This role allows you to grow and develop your current skill set whilst working closely with small, efficient and dynamic team that is determined to provide excellent property management services to its clients.

**_Key Tasks/Responsibilities (not limited to) include:_**
- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Assisting in conducting open inspections for rental properties
- Assisting with general rental enquiries
- Assisting in conducting ingoing, outgoing and periodic inspections/condition reports to properties
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and building solid long-term relationships with owners and tenants
- Assisting in responding to tenant enquiries and communicating status updates
- Assisting in responding to repairs and maintenance requests

- Proficient computer skills (Office suite of products)
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently and effectively

- Driver’s license

Past experience in a real estate agency would be preferred however not entirely necessary

Certificate of registration would be desirable but not essential for this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:
