**Your Impact**:
As Finance Coordinator for Asahi Beverages’ in-house integrated marketing agency, 1house, you will play a key role in ensuring financial operations — run efficiently and compliantly. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, you will support the coordination of all finance activity including media purchase orders, expense coding, vendor payments, budget reconciliation and journal transfers.

This is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely payments are made in support of marketing and media activity across some of Australia and New Zealand’s most iconic beverage brands. Your initiative, attention to detail, and proactive approach will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across finance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Raise and receipt media-related POs, manage WBS journal transfers, and track spend across campaigns to meet financial timelines.
- Set up new vendors, manage payment terms, and ensure compliance with procurement policy and finance governance.
- Collaborate with Group Finance to manage three cost centres, supporting spend tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Process expense coding, manage inter-company journal transfers, and ensure alignment with internal policy.

**About You**:

- 1+ years’ experience in finance coordination, administration, or a similar role
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Confident in raising/receipting POs and supporting monthly financial processes
- Excellent attention to detail and strong reporting skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset, self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
- Positive, people-oriented, and collaborative, with a natural ability to build relationships and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and communication skills across teams and stakeholders
