- Type: Hybrid Working - Office + Remote/Work from Home
- Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 per annum + Super
- Benefits: Salary packaging up to $18,550

**About the Team**

The YWCA Group Finance Team supports accounting functions across the organisation. Reporting to the Accountant - locally known as the Accountant - Accounts Payable, Payroll and Banking - you will join a team of dedicated finance professionals contributing to operational effectiveness in an organisation committed to achieving gender equality

**About the role**

As a Finance Coordinator, you will support core transactional functions within the finance team and be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supporting accounts payable and procure-to-pay processes
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems and housing systems (Zavanti)
- Manage tenant records and bank reconciliations
- Support cash flow reporting and assist with month-end financial tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.

**About You**

The ideal applicant will have:

- Experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay functions, with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
- Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting or CRM systems such as Zavanti, NetSuite or MS Dynamics (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve queries and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to gender equality and social change, aligned with YWCA’s mission and values.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting and experience in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
