**About the role**

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Finance Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis and contribute towards our ongoing growth and successful market presence.

The primary role of the Finance Coordinator is to provide timely, accurate and efficient loan processing administrative support to the Reventon broking team and clients. The Finance Coordinator will seek to support continuous improvement within the team, its processes, and its systems to deliver great client outcomes and retention.

Primary Responsibilities include
- Assist the brokers at all stages of the loan process, from first contact through to settlement and aftercare
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client data, update of all documentation and data is captured in the CRM system (MyCRM and Hubspot)
- Ensure effective communications across Reventon departments including investment property sales, tax accounting, financial planning and property management
- Seek to understand different client requirements to deliver client outcomes resulting in excellent client feedback and retention within the Reventon
- Ordering valuations when required, gathering rate quotes, arranging loan doc execution, and arranging settlements with stakeholders
- Effectively identify and resolve client issues
- Uphold and Protect the Health, Safety and well-being of self and others involved in the Reventon operations

**About you**
- 3+ years supporting a mortgage broker or within the banking/lending industry
- Previous experience using a relevant CRM (MyCRM advantage)
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. Both would be advantageous but not required.
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a cohesive and high-paced environment
