**Key responsibilities of the Role**:
The position of **Warehouse Administrator** plays a pivotal role in completing assigned administrative tasks daily by providing assistance to the warehouse operations, including but not limited to system transactions, receipting, invoicing, and manifesting.
- Data entry of goods received and dispatched in WMS daily
- Entering stock transactions to match physical stock movements
- Assisting with the completion of daily invoicing and manifesting of loads
- Communicate with walk-in customer enquires
- Relevant paperwork filing and scanning
- Processing of returns and claims in a timely manner
- Data entry for cycle counts and stock-takes

**To Succeed With Us**:

- Experience in the plumbing industry is desired but not essential
- Experience in using a WMS (MYOB Exo is preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously at times
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-developed problem-solving ability
- Strong data entry skills and attention to accuracy
- Team player

The standard hours are 7.30 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday at our North Rocks, NSW Location.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
