We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team within our Head Office in North Ryde. This is a full-time position working 8:30 to 5:50 Monday and Friday in the office.

**About the role**:

- Data entry of purchase orders
- Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
- Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
- Assist with purchasing team administration
- Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)

**About You**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is essential
- A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
- Competent using Microsoft Office software
