We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team within our Head Office in North Ryde. This is a part-time position of 2-3 days per week between Monday and Friday. This position is ideal for a university student looking to gain some part-time admin work.
**About the role**:
- Data entry of purchase orders
- Checking and maintaining the accuracy of supplier reports
- Attend to enquiries from showrooms and warehouses
- Assist with purchasing team administration
- Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and Vietnam)
**About You**:
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin is essential
- A motivated self-starter with an eye for detail
- Competent using Microsoft Office software
