**Detailed Job Description**:

- $35 per hour + Superannuation
- Provide close administrative support to industry leading Drs and specialists
- Two full time positions within Sydney CBD and North Sydney practices

**What is unique about you?**:
With the nature of this role and the interactions you will be having daily, utilising your patience and kind nature is key. As an empathic and emotionally attentive person, you can communicate with care to all patients who walk through the door and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professional care. With ironclad attention to detail, you can effectively and accurately handle all data and information, whilst remembering the little things like patients’ names and personal preferences. With foresight and great organisation skills you can manage a complex calendar with 6 practitioners and their daily appointments with ease whilst also multitasking to oversee other ongoing responsibilities. The CRM’s used are Genie & Clinico and previous experience using this platform is highly advantageous for ease, but not a requirement if you are tech savvy and can learn new systems with speed. Lastly as a hardworking, honest, kind and respectful person you can step into this temp role to provide excellent interim support to a practice and DRs that believe in high quality medical care for all.

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Schedule and forecast 6 appointments per day for each Dr and ensure all prior notes and prerequisite forms are completed
- Be the main point of call for all enquiries via the phone and manage x2 inboxes, actioning, resolving and escalating when necessary
- File patient records, and correspondence in patient medical records
- Process invoices, bills and health rebate payments
- Maintain the practice appearance and upkeep of office equipment and stationary orders
