**Key Responsibilities:Clinical & Client-Facing Duties**
- Provide advanced dermal therapy treatments including laser, skin rejuvenation, and other clinical skin services.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain the highest standard of hygiene, treatment protocols, and client care.
- Educate clients on homecare products and post-treatment protocols.

**Operational Management**
- Managing and ordering stock,
- managing supplier accounts,
- daily clinic estimates for staff
- ,Manage day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, treatment room readiness, and a welcoming client environment.
- Use clinic booking software to manage appointments, cancellations, and client follow-ups.
- Oversee daily banking and ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions.
- Produce daily financial estimates and reconcile end-of-day takings.
- Pay utility and supplier bills in a timely and organized manner.
- Business banking

**Inventory & Supplier Management**
- Monitor and manage stock levels of retail and professional products.
- Order stock based on usage and promotional needs, minimizing waste and overstock.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, including account management and pricing negotiations.
- Track and report on stock usage and profitability.

**Marketing & Social Media**
- Create, schedule, and manage content for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Design and implement social media advertising campaigns to promote services, products, and promotions.
- Track social media engagement, insights, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with team members for creative ideas and content generation.
- Create and manage all adds
- Create and manage SMS, text message campaigns to client lists

**Administration**
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments, product purchases, and consent forms.
- Ensure all business licenses, insurance policies, and professional certifications are up to date.
- Participate in team meetings and provide performance feedback when required.

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
