Our client is seeking a
**Clinical Care Manager,** who demonstrates initiative and leadership to oversee and lead a team of enrolled nurses, registered nurses, carers, and support staff as their senior clinician.

Work alongside a professional and well-established management team in Melbourne's East, with an incredible passion for delivering exceptional service in aged care.

**The Role**
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a 90-bed modern Aged Care facility in **Brighton**:

- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection of staff
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 4 years experience working in a Clinical leadership role
- Registered Nursing qualification
