**Join Our Team as a Clinic Manager**

We're looking for a Clinic Manager to oversee our Brighton clinic.

**Your Role**:
As our Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team. We welcome experienced leaders ready to step into a management position and strong 2ICs who are eager to lead. You will:

- ** Lead by Example**: Inspire and motivate your team to excel in their roles, achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- ** Operational Excellence**: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic. Plan and oversee staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and labour efficiency within the business.
- ** Client Experience**: Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition and be the one they rave about
- ** Business Growth**:Work to increase clinic profitability and expansion.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
- Previous experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve KPI targets.
- Strong business acumen and a passion for the beauty industry.
- A focus on delivering excellent customer service and results.
