**The Role**

This 6-month contract is based in Kewdale near Perth Airport, the HSEQ Administrator is a supporting role to the Group Manager HSEQ & Risk primarily to manage the administrative aspects involved in developing and transitioning business level documentation into a group level based system. This will also include assisting the Group HSEQ Manager in other administrative aspects, predominantly health and safety based during this period. This position is a fixed for a 6-month term contract.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Performing the below tasks to support the corporate HSEQ function including but not limited to
- Engage and participate in HSEQ system discussions and meetings on proposed and required changes to system documentation.
- Contribute to and provide feedback on HSEQ management system documentation and tools
- Assist in the implementation and roll out of group level documents.
- Consult with the Group Manager HSEQ & Risk on documented system updates.
- Coordinate with the extended safety team and business unit managers with regard to scheduled document updates.
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**:

- Competent use in MS Office software programs
- Formal OHS qualifications highly regarded
- High level knowledge in QMS policies and procedures
- Experience working to the standards of ISO 9001,45001 & 14001
