**The Role**

In this role, you’ll support the HSEQ Manager in implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality systems.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited too:

- Administer the health and safety management software, HammerTech
- Support document control for project documentation using Aconex and assist with project archiving
- Coordinate drug and alcohol testing as per company policy
- Manage the PACT Integrated Management System (PIMS) on SharePoint
- Assist HSEQ advisors with documentation creation and development for new projects
- Review and format documents to ensure compliance with style-guide requirements
- Maintain HSE equipment registers and service records
- Oversee purchasing of HSE-related items and assist in producing monthly HSEQ reports

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to establish strong internal relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outloook
- Able to manage tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Research skills and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant HSE certification or training (desirable)
- HSE or Quality Management Systems experience (desirable)
- Experience with health and safety or document control software (desirable)
- Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus
