**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional HR consultancy services and lead your team with professionalism and a customer focus.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with SAAS Managers, Team Leaders, and employees to ensure consistent advice and service delivery.
- Foster a workplace culture grounded in SAAS values, emphasising employee welfare, diversity, and innovation.
- Ensure HR consultancy systems and processes align with organisational goals, driving both strategic and operational success.
- Offer expert advice on organisational design, HR policy development, and procedure refinement to support departmental and government-wide objectives.
- Coach and empower your team, managers, and leaders to enhance their HR capabilities and effectively engage with employees.
- Operate within standardised workforce policies and procedures to deliver best practice HR services across SAAS.
- Deliver consultancy services tailored to client needs, supporting the business objectives of both the Directorate and SAAS.
