The Principal Consultant, Organisational Development is accountable to the Director Workforce, for developing, facilitating and evaluating organisational development strategies and programs that strengthens a culture of high achievement and performance within SA Ambulance Service (SAAS).

The incumbent will work collaboratively with Executive/Managers/Team Leaders and Workforce professionals and others to build organisational capacity and capability of our employees as managers/leaders within SAAS and support the development of a positive workplace culture to enhance organisational performance including the facilitation of training and development, and the coordination and management of designated organisational development projects.
