We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team at Mandarin Palace Chinese Restaurant in Lismore. As a member of our waiting staff, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing excellent service to ensure every guest has a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat customers in a warm and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries
- Handle customer payments and operate the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and other team members
- Manage takeaway orders and phone inquiries as required

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.26 - $40.06 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
