**Compliance Consultant - Healthcare Recruitment**

**1Medical** is a leading specialist medical recruitment company that **provides doctors** to hospitals and clinics across **Australia, New Zealand **and **Ireland**.

Due to continued growth 1Medical are seeking a **Compliance Consultant **to join our team.

You will be an integral part of the team and help with the logistics and compliance that is required to **ensure doctors are placed safely and efficiently into hospitals** across Australia.

Working closely with our high performing recruitment consultants you will be supporting them and the doctors and hospitals in all aspects of the compliance, administration and travel process.

It is a varied role - one minute you may be assisting a doctor in Sydney and the next you will be speaking to a hospital thousands of kilometers away in remote Queensland.

**Your Main Responsibilities will be**
- Processing and management of compliance for contracted doctors and actioning audit requirements
- Weekly meetings with Consultants / Teams to conduct health checks of placements
- Database management and process improvements
- Liaise and develop relationship with key stakeholders within the business
- Management and improvement of our digital compliance and onboarding platform

**Key skills**
- Although not essential, experience in compliance within a medical setting or recruitment sector would be preferred
- Attention to detail is essential
- Good communication skills
