**About the role**

Working in either our modern Sydney CBD or Gold Coast offices you will be part of our next Omega Academy intake, where you will be trained to source and place specialist Aged Care & Allied Health professionals as well as Doctors into a variety of clients across the whole of Australia.

If you are currently working in a sales-focused role and have a high level of determination to succeed then we want to hear from you today. Whether you are working in another sector such as real estate, media sales, or other B2B or B2C sales roles, we can provide you will all of the tools you will need to launch a successful career in recruitment.

**Duties**
- Develop a strong online & social media presence to attract talent
- Develop new business relationships with clients in your relevant sector
- Maintain key accounts, ensuring client service levels are met and exceeded
- Work on live job briefs, both temporary and permanent, for new and existing clients
