**Recruitment Team Administrator**

Jon & Jon Medical is a medical recruitment agency that specialises in placing doctors in short and long term contract positions across Australia. As a result of continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced administrator to join our exceptional team.

**ABOUT THE POSITION**

Working alongside our current recruitment team administrator your responsibilities will include:

- Requesting and collating all Jon & Jon Medical and Hospital compliance documents required prior to a doctor starting a new position
- Ensuring that doctor's compliance is maintained and always current, including medical indemnities, working with children checks, police checks, immunisations and references
- Liaising with the hospital administration teams to organise travel and accommodation for each placement
- Booking flights, accommodation and car hire for all placed doctors
- Organising arrival details for each placement and liaising with the doctor pre and post-placement to ensure the placement runs smoothly
- Formating CVs and taking references after every completed position
- Liaising with Medicare to source provider numbers
- Assist the recruitment consultants in sourcing new doctors through referrals and posting job adverts
- Creating and delivering marketing campaigns
