**Who are we?**

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join the Global Medics Team, focusing on recruiting permanent and locum Doctors and Nurses across Australia and from overseas. You will be passionate about growing your own desk and collaborating with your team to share leads.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Establishing and strengthening client relationships to become the preferred supplier of choice.
- Cross-selling opportunities with other areas in Global Medics.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the team.

**Remuneration**

This role is paying between $70,000 - $85,000 + uncapped commissions

**Skills & Experience**

To succeed in this role, you should be:

- An experienced recruitment consultant with a background in permanent recruitment.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proven high achiever, consistently meeting or exceeding billing targets.
- Self-managing, honest, and trustworthy.
- An excellent negotiator.
