We are looking for Customer Support Agent to be a founding member of Turo Australia in our Sydney office. You will be a key member of the Customer Support team and the main point of contact for Turo users in Australia on weekdays and weekends (40 hours per week).

You will primarily be responsible for communicating with hosts and guests and providing customer support for Turo's Australian business. Your role will comprise many activities, including: monitoring and fixing reservations, providing top-quality customer support to our users, assisting customers with bookings, and troubleshooting issues. We want people who can grow with Turo and transition to a more impactful role as the business grows.

**What You'll Do**
- Field questions across a broad range of areas: billing, cancellations, guest experience, and host quality
- Ensure that Turo members receive the highest quality of service and that all issues are resolved in the shortest possible time
- Monitoring and modify reservations and provide top-quality customer support to our users
- Communicate empathy and excellent customer service when interacting with guests and hosts in handling conflict and high-stress situations
- Understand and be able to communicate Turo's services and share the company story

**Your Profile**
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English
- Personable, outgoing individual who enjoys working with people and is able to handle conflicts and high-stress situations with grace
- Top-notch oral and written communication skills
- Available to perform weekend and evening work
- You want to work at a company that will impact our society, transportation, and the environment
- Experience using Slack, Kustomer, and Salesforce is a plus
