Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team members.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Provide product and service information to customers, and assist them with placing orders, tracking shipments, and other related tasks.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve team goals.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a customer service representative or similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
**Location: This is a part-time or full-time position based for applicants in Australia.
