Since 1988 we have provided high-quality papercraft products and a direct-sales opportunity for our demonstrators, customers, and employees, aka "the Stampin' Up" family. **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT**

**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technologically proficient (computers, software, phone systems)
- Great customer service and phone skills

Customer service or call center experience is preferred. Are you service-oriented? Do you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills? Are you friendly and professional? If yes, we want to meet you

**CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT WORK SCHEDULE**

Our call center is not a typical call center and we are **closed on weekends and public holidays** You work **7.5** hours per day between 8 am and 5:30 pm including a 1 hour lunch, Monday - Friday**.
