Full-time Position

Monday - Friday 

Automotive Paint Supplies is a division of Global Autocoat Pty Ltd, who are agents for Axalta Coating Systems for the Industrial, Fleet & Automotive Collision Repair Industry.

At this time we are looking to expand our team by recruiting an additional Warehouse assistant/Delivery driver/Customer service member to join our team.

Whilst providing the highest level of customer service for our existing client base you will:

  • Take ownership of both inbound and outbound sales calls and enquiries
  • Assist in various enquiries such as tracking and placing orders
  • General customer service
  • Provide general product advice and recommendations on our product ranges
  • Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders within specified timeframes
  • Receive, unload and stock incoming deliveries, keeping organised and well-maintained storage areas
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist with the coordination of warehouse activities and support the wider team as required
  • Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Container unloading (both by hand and forklift)

You will be required to:

  • Demonstrate a professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Provide customer service and sales assistance in our showroom and to our sales force in the field.
  • Quote stocked and specialty items for customers in a prompt and timely manner.
  • Input and pick customer orders.
  • Assist in Invoicing of orders.
  • Work efficiently and cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Provide clerical and administration assistance as required.
  • Deliveries to Victorian metro area

Highly Desirable:

Knowledge of Sybiz Vision Software Package

Forklift ticket

Paint mixing experience
